Heraklion market and Aquarium

You will enjoy the view of the majestic Kules fortress located in the port of Heraklion and the Venetian walls surrounding the old city; you can relax in one of the many restaurants on Lion Square, enjoy a coffee or dine. Or, if you wish, you will have the opportunity to visit one of the several museums in the city, the municipal library, art gallery or numerous Byzantine churches. Take a camera with you and make photos of what you like best! You can visit the Heraklion Saturday Market, a popular attraction in the city. In the famous Cretan Aquarium, you can observe various species of marine life – from small fish and shellfish to large sharks and tuna that live in the Mediterranean Sea. After our tour, before returning to the hotel, you will be able to enjoy coffee in a cafe located in the aquarium building, enjoying a magnificent view of the sea.
